Moving into 2026, the retirement plan landscape is changing rapidly – heightened scrutiny, accelerating litigation trends, and the cascading impacts of SECURE 2.0 create both challenges and opportunities for employers and high-earners. As tax rules evolve and design options proliferate, business owners, corporate leaders, and even those who advise them must rethink how their plans are structured, governed, and communicated. Join us for a forward-looking discussion on what innovative companies and proactive business leaders are using to transform retirement plans from a perceived liability into a strategic asset.
