Attorney Jennifer Lile will discuss the types of Special Needs Trusts, how they work in conjunction with Ohio Medicaid eligibility for those with disabilities as well as the elderly. She will compare the use of trusts with Ohio’s STABLE account program, and provide basic information on tax implications of special needs planning, and types of Ohio Medicaid Waiver programs.
