Speaker: Doug Sellers, CPA, Principle, Novogradac & Company LLP
Doug Sellers is a principal in the Dover, Ohio, office of Novogradac where he specializes in the federal and state new markets tax credit (NMTC), historic tax credit, renewable energy investment tax credits and opportunity zones transactions. Sellers works extensively on financial statement audits, tax return preparation, cost certification audits, compliance reporting and NMTC allocation applications. He has contributed to various publications, including the Novogradac Journal of Tax Credits. Sellers earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Walsh University and is licensed in Ohio as a certified public accountant.
