Bill will speak about the Summit County and northeast Ohio real estate market with a focus on recent trends due to the NAR settlement and a higher interest rate environment. A data-driven presentation will help the audience better understand what actually happened in our local market over the past 5 years and what is happening in our ever shifting market. Bill will share some helpful tools to help clients value their properties as part of their total wealth picture.

Bill Lowery is an accomplished real estate broker, community leader, and advocate for meaningful change. With a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from The Ohio State University, Bill has built a distinguished career in real estate, currently serving as an Associate Broker at eXp Realty. He brings over 15 years of experience, having previously worked at Stouffer Realty and Mogen Real Estate.
Beyond real estate, Bill’s passion for service is evident through his work with the United States Peace Corps, where he contributed to small business development in Costa Rica from 2005 to 2007. His commitment to community engagement is reflected in his leadership roles with organizations such as Leadership Akron, Torchbearers, the United Way of Summit County, United Disability Services, and the Akron Children’s Museum. His contributions have been recognized with honors like the 2020 Good Neighbor Award from the Akron/Cleveland Association of REALTORS and the 2013 Young Philanthropist of the Year Award from the United Way of Summit County.
Bill resides in Fairlawn, Ohio, with his wife, Angela, and their two daughters, Kennedy and Savannah.
