This session will focus on the current status of Ohio law as it relates to multiple trustees with divided duties and powers and third parties with powers to direct trustees (sometimes referred to as Advisors or Protectors).  In addition, the presentation will provide an overview of the Uniform Directed Trust Act, its application in jurisdictions which have adopted it and how it will impact Ohioans.
